Input and meaning

Selected visual language
Use only interleaved-title-editorial-poster: enormous bold geometric sans-serif Chinese typography interwoven with ONE recognizable document-paper subject. Maintain the restrained Swiss editorial character of the series through asymmetric alignment, confident scale and abundant whitespace. This is conceptual cover art, never a supposed screenshot or compliance certificate.
Composition and subject
Warm white opaque background. Huge black 一条红线 occupies the left and center of a very wide composition. On the right, a single sculpturally bent white A4 sheet rises diagonally, carrying ONE razor-sharp vermilion separator line. That line visually continues horizontally into the central typography, connecting the document defect to the title. The sheet contains only a handful of faint gray abstract paragraph bars, no invented readable official text. Create a physically credible folded-paper silhouette, subtle soft shadow and tactile fiber. The whole subject is one sheet, no stacks, printers or rulers.
Image-text relationship
Explicit back-title / paper / front-title layers: paper corner covers a tiny outer edge of 条 while a clean stroke of 红 is in front of the paper edge, giving at least two depth-order switches. Keep all four Chinese characters instantly legible, whole and undistorted. Red line may cross negative spaces but must never obscure character recognition. Preserve breathing room around the dominant title. Supporting line below the title, smaller yet easily readable, deliberately aligned. 谁是专家 in a small restrained lower-left author credit.
Typography
Precisely spelled Chinese 一条红线, subordinate 让我把公文 Skill 重做了一遍. Bold clean geometric sans-serif main title, lighter contemporary sans-serif subtitle. No random English labels, no excessive text, no full article title duplicated. Three levels maximum.
Color/material
Only warm white, deep black, vermilion red and faint gray shadows. Matte real paper fibers, clean solid type edges, high-end independent magazine/exhibition design. Fully opaque background, no alpha/transparency. Red is an actual compositional line, not general red decoration.
Negative constraints
No generic office stock photo, no pile of paper, ruler, robot, chrome, fake official agency, seals, standard certification, infographic cards, dashboard, PPT, ad template, tiny nonsense text, gradients, distressed/grunge edges, borders, watermarks, or illegible cropped title.
Final standard
One independently composed X banner at 5:2. Viewers first read 一条红线 and then recognize the paper/line metaphor and the rebuild subtitle. Beautiful, editorially specific, restrained, finished.
